BST 360 is a progressive web application intended for the enterprise performance analysis, provided by Bopacom through Dilema Futurista Lda, with NIF PT517724677 and registered office at Av. Sacadura Cabral 3440, Sao Felix da Marinha, 4410-099 PT.
Access and use of BST 360 implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions by the client user company. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
To access BST 360, it is necessary to have a valid subscription and be up to date with payment obligations. Bopacom reserves the right to suspend the service in case of non-compliance.
BST 360 is a SaaS service intended for companies to analysis and monitoring of enterprise performance, in compliance with current regulations. The user undertakes to use it in a legal and appropriate manner.
All rights to the software, brand and contents of BST 360 are owned by Bopacom. It is prohibited to copy, modify or distribute the software without express authorization.
The personal data processed through BST 360 complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Bopacom acts as the data processor, and the client user company is responsible for the data controlling.
Bopacom is not responsible for damages arising from the improper use of BST 360 or from service interruptions due to external technical reasons or in cases of force majeure.
Bopacom reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.
These terms and conditions are governed by European legislation. Any conflict will be submitted to the courts of Bopacom's headquarters, unless legally required to the contrary.
The processing agreement is established between: Bopacom through Dilema Futurista Lda (the Processor), and the client user company of BST 360 (the Controller).
Regulate the processing of personal data by Bopacom, as processor, to provide the BST 360 service to the Controller party.
Management of enterprise performance analysis of the Controller party, in accordance with current regulations.
During the term of the service contract and until the deletion of the data according to instructions provided by the Controller party.

The data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area. International transfers will not be made without prior authorization.
Bopacom is concerned about security and transparency in relation to the processing of personal data, and takes the measures at its disposal to protect them.
The client user company of BST 360 that subscribes to the service.
Bopacom, providing technical service and maintaining the platform.
Access to the application to manage enterprise performance analysis according to the provisions of current legal regulations. Includes data such as name, email and user identifiers.
Satisfaction of legitimate interests by the client user company (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
No data will be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligation.
Workers and users can access, rectify or delete their data, as well as exercise other rights, by contacting their company directly.
The data will be kept for up to 5 years, in accordance with use of the application.
